Ingredients 1 Small Salmon Fillet 1/2 Medium Onion, Lyonnaise cut 1 Slim Carrot, thinly sliced on bias 1-2c Small Silver Oyster Mushrooms, Whole 2 tsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 c of Stock (Chicken or Pork) Ghee Salt Saute the vegetables quickly over high heat for a few minutes.
